01. The offer can be redeemed on Arvind Fabrics and AD Readymades. Not applicable on accessories and tailoring service.
02. Offer is valid till 30th September’23.
03. Customers will get a Coupon worth Rs. 500 on their registered mobile number via SMS which can be redeemed on their first bill.
04. Customers should show the SMS coupon to the cashier before billing for the products.
05. Please ensure that the mobile number is not on DND, to receive the coupon through SMS.
06. Coupon will be issued only once per mobile number during the offer period
07. Coupon is valid on redemption on a single bill and number only.
08. Coupon can be redeemed only on full price merchandise. Partial redemption of the voucher is not allowed.
09. Coupon voucher cannot be clubbed with any other voucher/coupon/offer/Discount.
10. Coupon cannot be exchanged for Cash/Cheque/GV or via any other mode. Coupon is non-transferable.
11. In case of any dispute, the decision of Arvind Limited will be final & binding.
12. Disputes, if any, are subject to Jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad only
13. Company reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms & conditions applicable to this offer at any time or suspend the offer completely without prior notice
14. Company reserves the right to disqualify any person/voucher from the benefits of the offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified.
15. Any data breaching and hacking is subject to strict and legal action against the user.
16. Company shall not be liable in the event it fails to fulfil any of its obligations under this terms and conditions due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of god of similar nature, war, strike, lockout, or governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies/intervention/direction /prohibition or change in law or for any technology/network failure or any other reasons beyond its control.
